Vans Park Series Top Skaters

Men's Select Pros:

Pedro Barros

Age: 23

Hometown: Florianopolis, Brazil

Runner up in the 2017 Vans Park Series World Championships and a crowd favorite no matter where he goes, Pedro’s unstoppable energy, accelerated speed and colossal airs makes him a top contender for the VPS Pro Tour series. Pedro recently claimed a second-place podium spot at Vans Park Series’ first 2018 Pro Tour event in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Tom Schaar

Age: 18

Hometown: Malibu, CA USA

Vans Park Series podium veteran and Vans global team rider Tom Schaar placed in the top four at every VPS event in 2017, including two tour victories. Tom has kept the momentum going for the 2018 season with his recent bump to pro ranks and also a first-place win at the VPS Pro Tour series kick-off in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At this rate, 18-year-old Tom Schaar’s fast-paced riding and heavy trick variety could quite possibly help him capture the 2018 World Championship title.
