There’s never a dull moment in Huntington Beach, this rings especially true during the 9 days of the Vans US Open of Surfing. In between catching your favorite surfers and riders do their thing on the sand, be sure to stop by the FREE daily Vans workshops, pop in the giant Vans retail store, and play games for some free swag in the Van Doren Village. 

For a change of pace, check out these Community and After Dark events supported by Vans at this year’s US Open of Surfing. 

Feel like diving a little deeper into Surf City USA’s surf history? 

Swing by the International Surfing Museum for a cruise down memory lane with original surf exhibitions and artifacts. Plus, learn more about Duke Kahanamoku – the father of modern surfing.
